It's this time of year there are all sorts of things going on in the MPC. From Trial HSC - HSC to Presentation nights etc. This only makes things more interesting for us so lets spend some time in the Canteen and get all swole with calisthenics.
There is currently a trend in the calisthenics world called “going beastmode“. It was popularized by calisthenics legends such as Lord Vital but now relates to all calisthenic style workouts that are 'KILLERS!" See the link below via the button.

- Complete all exercises in one letter section e.g. (A) and complete the rep scheme.
- Rest for 2 minutes than go through all of them again until you finish 2 - 3 sets.
- After you are done with (A) insanity go on to (B) than (C) below.
