To Kick things off we will be focusing on a standard 5 X 5 strength program. For those coming in to open gym to train chat to me on how we can mix this program (inserted below) to work with our BHSC sessions.
Tomorrows session (3/02/15):
Warm Up - Bike, Burpee, Broad jump, Burpee, Bike
Strength - 5 x 5 Deadlift
3 x 5 Bent O Row
3 x Max Rep Pell Ups
(A) 21 - 15 - 9 (for Time)
HSPU (Handstand Push Up)/Wall walks (1/3 #)
(B) Max DU's
Skill - MB Clean or Hang Clean BB.
Warm Down - Basic Mobility/Breakfast
