In order to become high calibre athletes it is time we focus in and knuckle down on Technique and quality of movement first, then focus on increasing the quantity of movement and lifts we produce, followed by ramping up intensity in skill and loading.
To head us on the right path the next 3 weeks will be based on fundamental movements that we will use through out the year. All future lifts will draw, build, climb and develop from these next 3 weeks; EXCITING TIMES!
So here it is:
Over Head Squat
Find a 5RM F/B/OH squat of choice
5 x 5 Deadlift. Advanced do Halting Deadlift touch and go.
20 Pull ups
30 Push Ups
40 Sit Ups
50 Air Squats
