Another fantastic turnout. What a big help it has been having Coach Tim around (be sure to thank him for his efforts).
It has been great to see open gym utilised! One small problem, equipment is being left out, weight left on bars and doors not lock on leaving. This is problematic as one i have to clean up the mess and two, things could go missing.
Second BIG problem i am seeing lifting such as deadlifts being done with poor technique and weight beyond ones ability to control the lift. NOT ON!!! Lift within your limits or you will be LIFT out of the gym!!!
In open gym you have a responsibility to wear appropriate clothes for training, lift within your means and follow a structured program. If you need some structure come and see me and i will guide you in the right direction.
