Can't believe another year is done and dusted and another is about to begin. In 2016 we will see further development of the BighillTHS training methods and programming as equipment and quality of movement further increases.
Over the next two weeks the training will be slightly lighter focusing on technique, a reconnection neurally with the body and brain and getting energy systems firing again. Following that week 3-4 will begin loading for those with good technique and finding ways to switch the core on in a variety of movements.
To start this year off we will measure our fitness using a variety of fitness tests. As you know fitness is relative so we will see what we can achieve with the following tests. See videos for description.
